SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 22, 2026

Olympia Companies Charitable Foundation. These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging services provided by Skye Canyon in connection with the Chalk & Cheers Chalk Art Competition.

Opting in to receive text messages is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, participating in the Chalk & Cheers event, or receiving any other services from Skye Canyon. Consent to receive SMS messages is separate from acceptance of Skye Canyon's general terms, policies, or Privacy Policy.

Upon providing explicit opt-in consent, you may receive automated and/or manual SMS messages related to the Skye Canyon Chalk & Cheers Chalk Art Competition, including voting information, voting confirmations, event-related updates, and other information directly related to the text messaging program.

Message frequency varies depending on participation in the Chalk & Cheers voting program and related event communications.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and billed according to your individual mobile plan.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message verifying your opt-out request. No further messages will be sent unless initiated by you or you subsequently provide consent to rejoin the messaging program.
